Apple Focuses iPhone 11 Production, Sacrificing the Other

Following the success of the iPhone XR last year, the iPhone 11 seems to be very well received all over the world.

According to the latest report from Rosenblatt Securities Jun Zhang, the iPhone 11 has passed 12 million sales in just a month since it was launched.

This figure is quite impressive and according to the report, Apple is ready to further increase the production of the iPhone 11 with around 1.6 million units.

On the other hand, the iPhone 11 Pro and Pro Max didn’t do well and sold 15% worse than last year’s XS duo.

Because of this slumping sales, Zhang estimates that Apple will reduce the production of the iPhone 11 Pro series by around 2 million units, as quoted by the GSM Arena page, Saturday (10/26/2019)

Overall, the iPhone 11 and 11 Pro are expected to reach 70 million shipments before the end of the year with most of the growth being associated with more affordable models. ( Source )
